Machauka Lodge in Lephalele is a “pleasant surprise”. From the rather hectic main road you enter the gate and find yourself in a small village placed in a green park with a beautiful dam. Twin-houses named after indigenous plants with rooms facing the dam and a small tar road guides you to your house. Tame antelopes such as impala and kudu are grazing on the lawn or standing in the shade from a tree (or on your shaded veranda!)

Machauka Lodges two restaurants and the Hunter’s pub is placed in a low angled long house. In the spacious yard in front of the house you can relax by the pool or at the shaded tables. A nice walk from your room along the dam side takes you to there.
